supported by European Objective One funding

We are hoping to be able to offer a programme of bursaries again with European support.
In previous years bursaries were available to unemployed editing practitioners from Merseyside. The aim is to provide high-level Avid training to assist the development of the post-production sector on Merseyside.
The bursaries provided a 30-day programme, spread over fifteen weeks, mixing free places on the Digital Cut short Avid courses, with tuition in associated software (Photoshop, AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro), practice time on the Avid, and personal projects.
Previous participants were editors involved in Broadcast, non-Broadcast, Corporate, Arts-based or Community editing work.
